Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the iOS app Modeli (the "App"), provided by Vinh Nguyen ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in line with these Terms and the App Store rules.
2. Your photos and acceptable use
You keep all rights to the photos you upload. You give us permission to store and process them, including through our AI service providers, only to create and show your try-on results. You agree to:
- upload only photos of yourself, or of people who have agreed to it, and outfit photos you have the right to use;
- not upload nude, sexual, violent, hateful or otherwise unlawful content, or photos of minors;
- not use results to deceive, harass or impersonate anyone;
- not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or distribute the App, or interfere with its services.
We may refuse to process, or delete, content that breaks these rules.
3. AI results
Try-on images are created by artificial intelligence. They are a visual preview for fun and inspiration, may not be accurate about fit, size, color or appearance, and may sometimes contain errors. Do not rely on them as a statement of how a product will look or fit.
4. Free try-ons, ads and subscriptions
The App gives a limited number of free try-ons per day and may offer extra try-ons for watching an optional rewarded video. The App shows ads.
The App may also offer optional auto-renewable subscriptions. The price and period are shown before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited when you buy a subscription. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings (Settings › your name › Subscriptions). Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
5. Content and intellectual property
The App, its design, text and the outfits in its built-in catalog are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you.
6. Availability and updates
We may update, change or stop offering the App or any part of it at any time. Creating try-ons requires an internet connection.
7. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the App or its results will be error-free or uninterrupted.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
